Glancing over the other new licenses, we have a couple of new entries for the pops genre. RESTART's Oni chart is tailor-fit for those who are overly nostalgic to Namco Original Yuugao no Kimi's style, while aiai's debut track plays it safe on a more conventional play with stanza repetitions and drumroll-based note markers aplenty.

Here are a couple of recurring Taiko friends, two franchises that both happen to receive new playable songs into the series only once per year! For this year's IDOLiSH7 representative, we have the OP theme of the game's second Anime series, also fitting the Game&Variety genre with a 5* Oni that bears no mixed-color clusters; the Touhou Project arrange scene, however, sports yet another all-time meme champ that makes of its aggressive tempo and its relentless repeating stanzas the mark of a more serious contender. You don't have to stare a moon bunny in the eyes to go mad, today!

Dulcis in fundo, here are the replacement Namco Originals that are making their debuts as the now-fixed AI Battle Performance mode's unlocks... All-brand-new and with a 10-star Oni gear to boot!

Really dense note clusters at a scrolling-sped-down quick-paced juggernaut is what will await players of the latest full-instrumental Harunaba track, while quite the opposite scenario (and framed with a nice BanNam goroawase combo, too!) awaits the daring challengers of the nicknamed 96-chang's latest Taiko piece. Funnily enough, it may be argued that the easiest song out of this trio is the one players would need to grind the most in order to unlock it,. but don't let these cheeky compound note clusters misdirect your hits between note density changes and related hand-switching shenanigans!
