It's Valentine's Day, and nothing is more romantic for the Taiko Team than a surprise double-entry! The first blog update is about the DLC content for Taiko Wii U for this month.
Aside from the songs and costume parts officially revealed on the game's Miiverse dev room (link), the mysterious 4th tune turns out to be, as expected, Puzzle & Dragons Z's theme song Sakasama Sekai (さかさま世界). Like Walking Through The Towers, the song brings a free costume based on one of the game's plot characters, called PazuDoraZ Syrup (パズドラZ シロップ).
Unlike all the Wii U DLC content released until now, those can be downloaded until July 31st, 2014. But don't overlook the song yet! On February 19th, Etou will release a special code to Taiko Wii U players, which has to be typed into the 3DS game Puzzle & Dragons Z. This will result in the unlock of yet another collaboration dungeon, filled with Taiko no Tatsujin characters!
In minor news, a small note from 17-masu in the bottom of the blog entry tells us that she is going to step down as Taiko Sister, "graduating" from this Spring, and a new female Taiko mascot for the 4th generation of Taiko games is replacing her, called Daifuku-chan (大福ちゃん). We hope she enjoyed her experiences with the Taiko Team!
