Polling for Original Revivals
Before even that, however, No.11 is sure to let everyone know that the Taiko Team loves a good revival, as much as their playing audience! From today (April 21st in Japan) to May 15th, a Namco Original revival poll is open for everyone to punch in their preference for a future arcade return. More than one entry can be submitted, and even more than one submission is allowed (please don't flood them with your requests), but the individual vote counts for each track won't be registered. Also, as these may be published in official Taiko media (website, future livestreams, ...), please refrain from inserting any sensible data of your own, lest your entry/ies get discarded altogether.

Nijiiro Version's Ranking Dojo Gaiden Return!
Rather than lumping all the available Gaiden courses in one ingame menu, now these as all gated behind a unique QR code, which has to be scanned on the Taiko cab's reader after you slot in your credit and scan your own Banapassport. Once you do that, the Gaiden course behind that QR code will be abvailable in all subsequent plays of that Banapassport card, up until you swap it out with a different QR code. At the launch of the Gaiden courses, planned for the (date-still-pending) next arcade update, 21 different trials, 20 of which being old course revivals with a completely-new trial. In order to release the update as fast as possible, the Gaiden-related title unlocks for the returning trials will be temporarily unavailable, but they'll be retroactively added to every applicable Gaiden clater later down the line, after an additional Nijiiro update.
A dedicated section in the website will be housing all Gaiden QRs for everyone to print and/or save on their smart device of choice, which is already online at this here link. Bare in mind, more future Gaiden releases are also planned to be added through this very same method, so don't forget to stop by later on!
Nijiiro Version's Main Rainking Dojo Trials (Year 2) Expiration
With the ongoing arcade generation turning 3 years last month, it's almost time for its Main RD courses to ride into the sunset. If you have unfinished business with the mode, make sure to clear everything you can from the main set before the end of May 31st, after which date only the Gaiden trials will be active for the time being.
Incidentally, the new main set of Ranking Dojo trials will start appearing some weeks later, around half-June, alongside all the relevant Y2 title parts delivery for successful players of the ongoing RD set.
