Taiko 3DS2 starting songlist and official site!
It's happened! The official site for Taiko no Tatsujin: Don to Katsu no Jikuu Daibouken is now up, and the scans from Famitsu have been uploaded by someone using the Weibo microblogging site! (basically China's Twitter equivalent)
It is currently not known how many songs will be in the game, but the scan above has revealed a whopping twenty-nine songs. Those in red are completely new, and those in blue are console debut.

Aside from the completely recycled Classic genre (which we're mostly used to already), there's quite a good amount of new songs in each of the other genres, with (surprisingly) the Anime genre getting most of the new ones, even though they're mostly from children shows. Six Vocaloid songs revealed, with many taken straight from Momoiro. Half of them have Uras to look forward to! Monster Hunter 4 Medley comes in, since the game was originally released on 3DS.
The second scan is regarding the RPG story mode and its characters!
A whole bunch of new characters shown, including Don-chan's new partners for the story, Takkun (タックン, the pink rabbit) and his friend Tikkun (チックン, the small yellow pocketwatch). Seems that it's not just the past they'll be traveling to; it'll be all sorts of eras and places.
Like we mentioned yesterday, you can recruit fallen enemies to your team and train them up to help you in battle, while training Don-chan's own strength at the same time using the costume parts you get.
The Stamp album is also back too!
On a last note, the scan mentions the development being at 75%. Can't wait to hear more!
