Digging a bit, you could find that April 10 is actually Railway Meal Box Day (駅弁の日 / Ekiben no Hi), as established by the association for businesses in railway stations. It is appropriate that our Japanese drum mascot brothers take on the celebrations and enjoy a nice meal box for lunch.
Still, what does it has to do with Taiko no Tatsujin the game? As reports from Japanese Donders reveal, the railway rage-themed song EkiBEN 2000 became available in the Reward Shop in AC0 Momoiro for 20000 Shopping Points, without explicit announcement. Many has already purchased and also beat it on the HD arcade, like in this video:
