Earlier we also promoted the poll that Taiwanese Donders has put together, aiming to tell Namco what songs overseas Donders want to see. The results have been gathered up and you can see the detailed statistics here.
Here let us summarize some outstanding data and trends as revealed in the poll:
- In total 412 people has responded to the poll.
- In J-POP, AKB48 songs have the most votes, all of them having more than 35% of people supporting. The next runner up is Kurenai at 34% support.
- In Anime, Guren no Yumiya garnered the love from 75% of the respondents, becoming the single most wanted song in the genre, and even across the whole poll. Following at a distance are My Soul, Your Beats! (31%) and Yuuki 100% (29%)
- In Vocaloid, Hatsune Miku no Shoushitsu -Gekijouban- takes most of the cake with 63% support. Tell Your World (33%) and Juumensou colorful ver. (27%) follows.
- 59% of respondents would want Mori no Kuma-san had they been given the chance to choose one missed song in the Children genre
- In Variety, Touhou songs prove to be popular with Bad Apple!! feat. nomico (39%) and Cirno's Perfect Math Class (32%) in the lead. Yawaraka Sensha followed at a decent 27% rate of support.
- Votes in Classical are quite evenly divided to both Concerto in E 3rd Movement (52%) and Toccata and Fugue and Rock (48%), but the former wins out slightly.
- Music Revolver (37%) stands out to be the most wanted Game Music tune. The next high rankers are Pokemon XY Wild Pokemon Battle Medley (33%), Honey Heartbeat ~10 Stars Mix~ (30%) and Extreme MGG★★★ (27%).
- It was quite a miss to not also ask where responding Donders are from, as it could be quite a valuable statistic.
- The most popular opinion outside song choices is to make the Donder Hiroba service available to overseas Donders.
