After all the commotion caused by Taiko HD's inaugural step outside Japan, we go back to business. It's the last Thursday of the month, which means Don Challenge time!
This February's Don Challeng reward is Amanda, a returning song from the Taiko 3DS videogame Chibi Dragon to Fushigi na Orb. As usual, it's unlocked after clearing 8 out of the 10 monthly challenges. Here's a video of the song for a fresh reminder:
February's costume part is the head gear shown at the top of the page, titled Kaminari-Sama (かみなりさま). As usual, just play once in February with the Banapassport to unlock!
As Etou himself underlines in the blog entry, this costume part continues a new trend for full monthly outfits for the new costume system; one is unlocked through a single play, and the other is on sale at the Rewards Shop . In this case, the outfit with the Kaminari-Sama head gear is completed with the body part Iron Club (金棒).
As for this month, the "full costume" (as intended by the Taiko Team) consists of the Robe (はかま) and the head gear Kadomatsu (門松), which are respectively January's "play once" reward and another Rewards Shop item.
The blog entry ends with a reminder: as the Momoiro Clover Z promo ends next month on February 18th, the Momoiro Clover Z costumes won't be available to purchase at the Rewards Shop anymore. And speaking of that collaboration, it has one last bit of content for mobile Taiko players, but we'll get into that topic later today.
