The arcade-debutant EterNal Ring (no relation to the eponymous PS2 game by FromSoftware) is part of the infamous "top-difficulty quantum quintet" of Namco Original tracks that have been released on Blue Version all in the same day, alongside said firware board's iteration of the Ranking Dojo's final main courses, joining the ranks of former-SotW candidates Coquette, Toon Town's Toys' Tune and Marukute Hayakute Susamajii Rhythm. What's different between these three songs and these ones, however, are a number of different factors.

One of these lies in its creator which, unlike the former tracks's artists, was never heard of in rhythm gaming prior to this song! The nick-named museo (Twitter; SoundCloud) is a piano player that also happens to be one of those artists with no dedicated Internet corner (ie=personal/music circle website) talking about his/her works and interests, outside of his SoundCloud profile social media-related feeds. On these, however, was also spread the notice that Yokohama's M3 music convention for 2019 (which is happening on this very day, by the by!) will also see the debut of museo's first music album -Koko ga Anata no Hakabadesu (ここがあなたの墓場です, lit. 'This is Your Graveyard')- containing an extended version of EterNal Ring among its picks! A dedicated Tumblr page (link) was created for said album as well.

The only member of the "quantum quintet" that doesn't resort to BPM/scrolling shifts of sorts is geared with an Oni mode that plays more around the player's drumming comprehension skills on long note clusters with several tempo signature changes intertwining, with most of these linking the same color of notes to up to 3 different tempo signatures in the same cluster. For the final Go-Go Time section, paying extra attention to quick note couples a-la Taiko Time Ura and its final deathstream is a must!
