31歳というあまりに早すぎる旅立ちでした。

On a rather downer of a note to end the day, we are struck with the news that renowned Vocaloid and anime music composer/producer samfree (born Takayuki Sano) has passed away on September 24 due to (unspecified) acute internal causes. The embedded tweet above is his family releasing a brief orbituary on his Twitter feed earlier today.
In Taiko no Tatsujin, one of his most famous Vocaloid work Luka Luka Night Fever has just debuted on the (AC0) Murasaki ver. arcade the past March, and is expected to be included in Wii U's Atsumete Tomodachi Daisakusen (Wii U3) to be released in November.
We here at Taiko Time would like to join the masses on the internet and wish his soul rest in peace.
