Namco Taiko Blog (April 9 2015) - Let's Talk New Life

It's another of those more about emotional reader input ones? Okay. Like last time about tournaments, we are not going to butcher too much of Etou's heartfelt words and just bring it brief.

In Japan at least, April is a common time for people to start a new life, from being promoted to a higher class, entering the next level of education to starting at a new job after graduation. Now that it's been a week, how is everyone doing?

For Etou and the Taiko Team, a lot of novelty are coming in too. In addition to seeing new colleagues in the Team, the physical address of Namco the company is expected to move in May. Not to mention that BNGI just changed the word "Games" into "Entertainment", now called Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc./BNEI.

Anyway, from Twitter we can see masses of people finding new friends in their new class/school/surroundings who are coincidentally into Taiko. On the other hand, there are also a lot of Donders who couldn't find fresh Donder faces in their new lives, or the more hard-hitting reality when heavy workload has to etch into your Taiko hobby.

So here it is. Etou asks every Donder out there to open up about your new life and Taiko no Tatsujin: Is it harder for you to play Taiko now that a new phase has started? Also if you have any interesting ideas about this that the Taiko Team can try to implement and help out, tell them too!

Write now via Twitter to @taiko_time to express your thoughts and proposals! This time the Team is open for input anywhere from April 9~30 (and after that too, but this is a more focused period).

Before we see Etou next week, please do check out Etou's original post if you can, where the actual emotions cannot be done justice just here.

PS. Maybe more blog posts before next week? I don't know. Stay tuned to find out!
