First Video: Nijiiro Version V06.21 Songs

Today's arcade update has brought up so much to the table, even the licensed picks over here have something to say about themselves! The Taiko series' YAOSOBI debut track is signed with a Kat-dominating chart, while the Anime genre welcomes what has become the Taiko series' shortest nonj-joke song to date... and it comes with an aggressive Ura Oni a-la Feed A!

See you after the jump for the juicy Namco Originals of the day, from the latest seasonal Rewards Shop tracks to the next set of AI Battle Performance unlockables...

Fly away from the KATSU-DON days just got a sequel, and around the same difficulty degree too! Enjoy Tanimoto Takayoshi's return to the series with an average mix of small clusters like you'd expect from the 7* ballpark by now.

Second in line is the debut piece of Yukiko Miyagi (Twitter), starring Suzune (涼音) as its guest singer. Between its starting speedups, longer clusters and non-cyclical pattern variations, there's no down time while playing this peppy 8-star Oni challenge!

Entering in AI Battle Performance territory, here's another old pairing of artists to further develop old Namco Original tune trends! Kyo and Sariya-jin are back together with a third Zero-labeled song, bearing quite the cluster punch in both its Oni and Ura Oni charts. Can you endure the 1/16-leading pressure?

The second of the AI unlocks bears the signature of NAMCO SOUNDS musician Mihile (ミフメイ) in his first Namco Original for the series (and 2nd tune in Taiko overall, after future beat from the Vocaloid genre). Enjoy the latest Nam-Combo trial with its exillarating mixture of speedy pacing and long cluster sequences!

Today's highest-rated Oni newcomer hasn't got an artist reveal just yet, but despite its girly hi-tech vibes it's menacing all the same! Dominating the stamina-management portion is half the battle for this piece, as muscle memory will aid you against the Hayabusa-reminiscing x2 scrolling Don clusters as well as the final portion's jumpscare-y bits that arch way back to Kita Saitama 2000!
...oh, also with a bit of the when-its-patent-is-going-to-expire trippy barlines(TM), because why not?
