As expectable, most of Kimidori Version's debut songs come from the two latest Taiko console games, with some brand tunes sprinkled in for almost each genre. The most notable new additions are two theme songs from anime series/movies, another popular GUMI song by 164, three of the latest group of previously-limited Touhou Arrange songs and the two new Namco Originals that will be featured in the next Taiko-themed CLARICE mini-album.
And speaking of which, this blog entry come in with the Girls Pop Mania album's cover. How lovely!
As new songs come in, new outfit parts can be unlocked by clearing specific tunes! The Kigurumi parts for Hakurei Reimu can be unlocked by playing any of the Touhou Arrange Project songs, while the Kumamon outfit is awarded by playing Kumamoto Surprise! once.
Last but not least, both the Don Point counter and the Rewards Shop are being updated, in order to grant Banapassport players new unlocks from Day 1. Plus, another special Title Parts Gacha will open for a limited time.
All of the stuff being discusses today (and even more!) will also be explained by the Taiko Team itself next week, with July 15th's scheduled Nicovideo livestream session. Like for the 2 previous events, another comments challenge is going to be issued, but its goals will be revealed shortly before the stream's beginning. If you missed the planned schedule for the event, check out this previous blog entry to catch up.
