If you caught last Friday's UStream or read our coverage on the stream, this is basically regurgitating everything regarding the tournament details in text.
The three stages of the competition are the individual arcade qualifiers, followed by the Area elimination, then the finals in Namco's HQ, which will be on the 26th of October, 2013.
The songs used are all from the recent CreoFUGA contest and they are as follows:
Qualifier (August 10 to September 16)

Yep, Ryuwitty's Eternal Bond (incidentally it was sung by GUMI), the one featured in the chart-making session, will be used right at the beginning! Have fun with that song, and a reminder that Shin-uchi mode will be in effect throughout the competition.
