Today, about 150 original songs across the more modern Taiko no Tatsujin arcade generations have been simultaneously released on several music streaming servers in three separate collections, as we've also reported earlier today on our own X page.
Most of the tracks on display hail from the 3rd-generations and have already seen an OST physical release via 2018's eight-sountrack project published by City Connection, with a small handful of tunes making their first outing this way. Meet one of those today!

gnkcrt (Genkai Creator)Closing the just-released 'Taiko no Tatsujin Pop Songs Collection' with a bow-tie, we find quite a mouthful of a title: a "support song for creators at their limits" in the literal JP translation (or a "Fight Song for Weary Creator" in the officially-localized name), originally premiering as a reward for Nijiiro Version's very first Autumn Rewards Shop limited lineup. The proverbial "artist's block" is finally given form in pop song form! (After all, we've got plenty representation of work-induced stress by other means, don't we...)
Genkai Creator Ouenka was the first Namco Original fully-handled by handled by Yukiko Yamagi (宮城裕紀子; X account) on the music-composing side, with guitar backing by Goto Takanori (後藤貴徳) an unexpected male duo lending their voice for the frustrated Creator's block: the nicknamed Suzune/Ryoune (涼音; X account) and, by initial reveal of the same Yukiko over X (link), Kiyoko Kawase (川瀬清人) for the spoken parts of the song's "Limitless Creator". I mean, what better medium to convey a creative block on the job in Taiko than having your lines spoken by a programmer of the games all of these songs are getting poured into!?
What has been colloquially called online as "Hataraku 2000's pop version" was released with no artist mentions, until a slight update brought these in 2022 and following suit to all non-arcade cameos thereafter. In all fronts, however, you're sure to be faced with a pure 1/16 charting blend like very few in modern times. Quite literally, the sped-up clusters at the beginning are the only point of diversion to pay attention to, provided your hand-eye coordination is well suited for the 8-star ballpark's challenges!
