From Green Verson's launch day stands tall quite the unique Namco Original among launch-day 10* Oni tracks, as what we have here is the end-result of Yuma Mizonoguchi (
溝口ゆうま)'s musical portfolio, a composer who has started making music after being inspired by the works of BNSI's Yuji Masubuchi whom used to chat online with for well over two decades, ultimately leading into making songs for a company he work for and even eventually meeting his musical pen pal in real life, after all that time! The touching story of this musicians' reunion was also penned in a former Taiko Team blog entry (click here for our past look over it!), while today we're finishing the job with the impressions left by the same composer -Yuma.Mizo himself- over his own blog, as its very last post for it (for the time being).

By admission of its own composer, Ano Hi Deaeta Kiseki (lit. 'The Miracle I Met That Day') was realized with one lone purpose in mind: to thank Masubuchi for the metaphorical push received in order to start making music to call his own. In Yuma's heartfelt blog post, it's well noted how the continued interactions from afar with the seasoned Namco composer have contributed into making who he is music production style-wise, while also steeling his own resolve on those early years where Yuma's craft was not up to snuff. "I don't have any particular merits, but it's just that I can't give up" is what drove onward the artist in the hopes of making memorable tunes or even working together with Masubuchi (which eventually did happen, and on Taiko shores too!), which is why the "miracle I met that day" was structured and lyricized as the culmination of the 20-years-spanning online aquaintanceship and the bold statement to Maubuchi himself of "I'm finally here", both musical-wise and in real life with the prank staged with the help of t+pazolite and Etou, with a shared friend of the YumaBuchi duo inside BNSI -Taiko Team notecharter Emukepi (えむけぴ)- penning the whole thing on the official Taiko Team blog.

This song was also made possible with the aide of a number of doujin-circle-affine talents, lending their voice to his cause! Starting from the lead singers, we have recurring vocalist Ai Ohsera (
大瀬良あい) who's also featured with the later Namco Originals of his, singing side by side with Innocent Key's miko of many a Cirno's Perfect Math Class-related projects and a few choice Namco Oiginals like Shoutoku Taiko no "Hi Izuru Made Asuka". Five more people are also credited for the backing shouts of the original song, also from independently-pursued doujin aspirations: Rico (りこ。), Tracy and Sae Tsukiyama (築山さえ) of Touhou arrange circle Amateras Records, ORIhime (ORI姫) and Ri9. Ultimately, the Taiko charter for the song became none other than the same Yuji Masubuchi who inspired its creation and according to a closed-doors exchange shared online by t+pazolite on the YumaBuchi meetup prank (link), its Oni Full Combo title on arcades was at some point planned to be another nod to the BNSI veteran with 'Thank You, Masubuchi-san' (ありがとうマスブチさん), before eventually going with the song's title as FC unlock instead.

It's a speedy song to play with a few bits of playing pace change between for lower-BPM stanzas and a minor scrolling shift, but if you make it to the end of its Oni chart without mistakes, you'll notice how the song's last lines will align perfectly with your Taiko avatar's "900-hit Combo!" yell and the very last few hits in the chart. Just like modern-contest-winner song Nijiiro Baton, Ano Hi Deaeta Kiseki was eventually picked up as a song to perform for the Omiko Sisters from the web Anime, only this time being the duo's very first Live3D performance, over the official TnT YouTube channel. And with their own VAs singing, no less!

Always on Green Version, another newcoming Namco Original from Yuma Mizonoguchi and Ai Ohsera has found its place among the firmware's Ranking Dojo upper floors in Cutie☆Demonic☆Majin Emo!! with a similar feat happening years later under the Nijiiro Version tenure, for its 2nd year's RD rendition's Meijin course hidden song.

What better segway to follow up a song with a demonic summoning ritual than one starring an ojou-type princess training her subjects' way to Taiko Full Combos by endless lashing!? Once again, the way to the "Hurdle Kingdom" as penned by the nicknamed songmaker MZN has to be followed with two hands and more than a voice, as Ai Ohsera is backed by another vocalist in Marumoko (まるもこ; Twitter), one whose voice can also be heard in both Muse Dash (Danshi in☆Virtual Land) and Konami's DANCE aROUND (Star Tune). Three more people are quoted for the song's chanting: the nickanmed QURELESS, Deer (鹿) and Bikki (びっきー).

With most of the track being played at 220+ BPM and with such intricate clusters meshing, one could see how baffling it must have been at the time for trainee Donders to see such a combobreak-happy charting challenge coming up as the last song, especially when within the 70-or-so last notes required for a course pass there's quite a nasty Soflan section to weather. Top it off with the Oni Max Combo being the goroawase-friendly 961 ('Warui', as in 'Evil') and there's no mistaking on this being a deliberate course of action from the arcade-managing Taiko Team crew!
