Outside of the mid-high speed and small clusters there is few to really grind about, almost as if the notechart came from the simpler days of 2013.

拝啓ドッペルゲンガー Haikei Doppelganger (3/5/7/10, 901 notes on Oni)Frankly a relatively modest ★10 in today's terms (i.e. not being overly crazy like Yuugen and co.), mostly on high speed and volume. Imagine slightly over R.I., about the place with Aka no Senritsu or Necrofantasia, and nicely under Koi-kurenai.
