The tournament is on from June 15 07:00 to June 23 01:59. Shin-uchi is required to join, but you can use other options freely, or not entirely.
Like Sorairo Battle before it, it seems to be intended to accompany the IRL tournament. Participants will receive a special title Donder! Nippon-ichi Ketteisen 2013 (ドンだー！日本一決定戦2013), which in turn grants the Zeami-don (世阿弥どん) outfit.
