First Video: Nijiiro Ver. V03.10's New Songs

We've waited quite a while for all of the new songs' video clips to be released, but one still misses the call... Until any related video footage shows its head, we're treating you with the rest of the licensed batch from Nijiiro Version's very first software update.

Being our latest SotW entry we can't but linger on God Knows... getting quite the lenghty cover among Anime genre tracks, both with a more-than-usual 7* Oni chart and a 9-star Ura Oni variant with a notecount to rival the Ultraman songs, a nasty wake-up call near the beginning and Go-Go Time stanzas that are... very 'Taiko Time'-y, for the lack of a better term. Just compare the Go-Go Time from the NO that lent its name to our blog and the cluster formations in such specific numbers!

UPDATE [11/06] - One day later and video footage of Healin' Good♥PreCure Touch!! is out in the wild! Check the new song out with this link.

An animation postcard from the year 2006 is not the sole beneficiary of the Ura Oni treatment, as the more-recent LATU LATU licensed pick for the Pops genre amps the difficulty factor from the regular Oni's mainly-monocolor small cluster/single notes alternations with a backbeat-oriented chart with many a cluster formation to take care of.

While the past two tracks needed the aid of an Ura Oni setting to reach the 9th difficulty star, the more aggressive Neko Thank You manages to pull the same stunt without such extra difficulty layers!

Its unique charting blend is also the perfect middle ground to let rookie Donders to take a bite out of some of the harder songs' signature difficulty gimmicks, from hi-BPM-flowing long successions of single notes (Swan Lake Ura/Chicken Race regular+Ura) to scrolling speed hard shifts from slow to fast, and vice versa (Feed A/Suuhaa 2000, among many).

We can't have our share of recurring PreCure themes from Day 1 this time, but at least another usual suspect in the licensed animation pool is among us, geared with an Oni mode of the same rating, no less!

Today's tie-in for the lowest-rated newcoming Oni chart comes from a Yokai Watch spin-off, with repeating stanzas flowing at an average pace which by now is the norm for the Anime genre's 6-star ballpark. While being advertised in the update notes as an Anime song, Gingira Ginga can also be found in the Kids genre.
