Taiko no Tatsujin Red Version update post


Red Version is upon us, and while we're giving the last touches to the new arcade firmware's song list page, have a gradual look at all the new launch songs in this update post!

14) The last (but not least!) Red Version debut song is Namco Original Tengu Bayashi (4/7/7/9), the last Don Poin unlock for the new firmware (possibly made by Hisui?) whose Oni notecount sits at 734 notes. That's all, folks!
13) First video of Yume to Genjitsu no Kyoukai-sen (4/6/7/9), one of Red Version's new song that is unlockable through the Don Point system. 603 notes.
12) First video of Antonio (4/6/6/9), the Namco Original song from the You'll Melt More! unit. 724 notes on Oni.
11) First video of Time Traveler (2/3/4/6), Itou Kashitarou's Namco Original debut to Taiko no Tatsujin. The song's Oni mode has 489 notes.
10) First video of Minna ga Minna Eiyuu (2/3/4/6), the second of the Three Tarou songs coming to Taiko gaming as well as Red Version's other new launch J-POP. 242 notes on Oni.

8) Kantan Papa Mama support confirmed for returning Anime song Kimi ni 100 Percent.
7) First video of Itsumo Nando Demo (2/1/2/1; Papa Mama support on Kantan), the latest Studio Ghibli-related song and concrete proof that a modern song on Taiko can be classed as a 1-star Oni without being a joke song! 229 notes on Oni.
6) First video of Start Line! (2/2/3/6; Papa Mama support on Kantan), the latest of the Aikatsu songs. 315 notes on Oni.
5) First video of Variety debut song Osakana Mainichi! Sakana-kun (2/4/4/7; Papa Mama support on Kantan), checking in with 340 notes.
4) First video of Ikenai Borderline (3/4/5/7; 390 notes on Oni), another Red Version launch song which is already gifted an Ura Oni (8*; 533 notes). As usual with Macross songs at launch, the copyrights deities make us unable to hear the actual song in these videos...
3) First video of newcomer Hatsune Miku song Ghost Rules (4/5/7/8; 505 notes on Oni), which also features a 9-star Ura Oni since its Taiko debut, made of 798 notes.
2) Red Version's Don Point unlocks consist of three Namco Original songs: the return of Ego Ego Atakushi and newcomers Yume to Genjitsu no Kyoukai-sen (夢と現実の境界線) and Tengu Bayashi (天狗囃子). Videos coming soon!
