Hey donders! Have you enjoyed the Taiko no Tatsujin CD soundtracks released so far? If you're asking for more (and possibly on iTunes), Namco has an answer to your prayers....well, somewhat. A BGM collection for Taiko no Tatsujin Chogouka-Ban!

Already available for purchase on iTunes JP, Taiko no Tatsujin Chogouka-Ban BGM Collection (太鼓の達人Wii 超ごうか版 BGM集) is - as the title says - a compilation of background music (as in, all the menu music and stuff and not the actual songs you play) from the game.

The BGM collection are from Taiko Wii 5's menu screens, all the different minigame music, the music that plays when you read different mail, and so on. 46 tracks are in this digital album, including a bonus track called "Nonai Carnival Da-don!" (does it ring any bells?)

Each song can be bought separately for 150 Yen (except for the bonus track) or with the whole album, which costs 600 Yen. The album will cost only 300 Yen until January 1st 2013, so if you can access in the Japanese iTunes, grab it before the promotional period ends!

Expect a soundtrack page with the tracklist to be updated soon on the blog, and for now you can check out the names of the songs in the original blog post!
