The Taiko no Tatsujin series, come February 21st, is officially turning 20 years old. And as you can see from the beefy picture above, the day before is brewing up something BIG for it!
That's right- after four years without any official livestream session with the Taiko Team crew, there's going to be a new 2-hours-long run in which both Taiko history and brand-new content will be discussed live with the fans. The broadcast is set to air on February 20th, 3-5 pm (Japan time) and can be accessed over this special section of the Taiko no Tatsujin official website. You can also find it out on the very same website's main page!
While we got no early snippets about the topics at hand at the moment, it will be possible for a few lucky spectators to join Etou and pals as special guests, via the magic of the Internet! By filling out an application form -available on the livestream page from today until February 7th-, several eligible donders will be randomly chosen to appear on the livestream via Zoom conference, each being also gifted of a special numbered Taiko 20th Anniversary badge shipped at home before the broadcast. Winners will be announced on February 12th.
