Lately, the Taiko no Tatsujin official blog is receiving so few updates whose main topic can fill in one of the following categories: arcade Taiko gaming updates and Taiko Team members leaving the job. As you can see from the title, today's entry is definitely for the latter cloumn...
The latest member to leave the Taiko Team ranks is Anne (あんぬ), the so-dubbed '5th-Generation Taiko Sister' for anything PR, from (the few) livestream appearances to live event participations, mainly consisting of World Hobby Fair/Taiko tournaments conventions in the past. As penned by Anne herself, however, her graduation has already happened sometime in the past, only now being able to share the news in the Taiko no Tatsujin blog.
With the diminishing PR presence of the people behind Taiko no Tatsujin games in the past few years -notably punctuated with discontinuations of events like the livestream broadcasts-, it was kind of expected to see more event-related figures being gradually outed from the series development. Even moreso worring is the fact that certain roles are not to be picked up by new people, either...
