Title Fix: Tying Up Loose Blue Ends

A few quick notes to fix some of our less than stellar title translations, just before Green ver. drops:

カレ・カノ・カノン Kare Kano Kanon → Kare Kano Canon
Following NS1 to actually name drop the original composition of Pachelbel's Canon in D. We don't have anything better otherwise.

幻想即興曲 Fantasie Impromptu → Fantaisie-Impromptu
Turns out there is supposed to be an -i in there but we typed it wrong in 99% of times we mention it. RIP us for misspelling that for over 8 years now. The missing hyphen doesn't really matter in comparison.

わんにゃーワールド Wanya World → Wan-Nya World
The origins of わんにゃー here should be wan (dog bark) and nya (cat meow), which the brother and sister breaks into during the chorus.
