Namco Taiko Blog (6 August 2014) - Taiko x Funassyi Collaboration

Hya-haa! With today's anticipated Kimidori Version update, a small blog entry has been made in order to offer a quick recap of the collaboration event with Funabashi prefecture's hyper-energetic mascot.

In a nutshell, here's what special content the latest collab offers to Kimidori Version users:

1) Funassyi's two official theme songs (Funa Funa Funassyi and Bugi Bugi Funassyi) as playable tunes on Kimidori
2) Funassyi himself as custom dancer for the two songs
3) Special Funassyi unlocks for Banapassport players, consisting of the Kigurumi Funassyi outfit parts (unlocked by clearing either one of the two songs) and a Funassyi-themed Taiko sound set, purchasable at the Rewards Shop.

On top of the aforementioned content already announced for last week's Taiko Team blog entry, a special campaign page has been published on the official Donder website, featuring the incoming Funassyi album releases of August 20th, featuring Funassyi-themed tunes in three different album arts. In one of these, the pear-inspired yuru-kyara is also dressed in a matsuri outfit!

That's all for today, from this entry. Stay tuned for the Oni gameplay videos of the newest songs with today's Kimidori Version update!
