Taiko Wii 5's first website update

Together with today's Taiko Blog entry, Taiko Wii Chogouka-ban's website has been updated with some images of the game and its first TV commercial video, linked above. The Kusudama note is present in Taiko Wii 5, so probably the new scoring system is in place (we can't really tell at this moment because the Kusudama note functions in the exact same way as the Yam note and scores the same too) (link)

The theme song is not playing in the background (instead, an instrumental of 3Q-4U-AC00 was used), but another couple of songs with special dancers is being revealed: Monster Hunter 3 (Tri) G Medley and New Super Mario Bros. Wii, for the third time in a row (gosh, it looks like Namco has an obsession with plumbers on Wii).

  1. Seriously I wonder if NSMBWii's repeated Wii inclusions is a symbolism of how saturated and overmilked the 'New' Mario series is right now :/ Three Wii games in a row? Really Namco?
